First of all a sweet friend of mine Harriet told me about a sketch challenge that she is a DT member of called Sketch Girl , so I followed the layout from their sketch. It was easy to follow and I think turned out very nicely. I colored my little bunny with my copics. I just got a bunch more and am happy playing with them! I added some new colors of stickles that I just picked up this past week at a store I visited when my hubby and I went out of town. They just had about every color imaginable and sold them individually. So of course I had to buy a few and will every time he has to go there on business. I do like my sparkle. I also gave her belly and ears a layer of flocking to fuzz them up a bit. Her big bright eyes were also glazed ( my normal routine.) The border punch was a MS and the sparkle ribbon was a dollar find I picked up at Michaels. I also got it in lavender and light blue. Good spring colors. I also tried something new on this one - I never have done this yet and think it turned out pretty good. I sponged the sides of my image with my ink pad. I know this seems strange that I have never done this before, but I was always worried that I would mess it up so I always used chalk. This time I went for it!!!!!
I know she is a bit girly in all of her pink but what can I say I am a bit girly!!!!

So cute! I sponge with ink on occasion but I too am afraid I'll mess it up! I actually use a vintage cream ink to sponge most of the time because if I mess that up it's not so noticeable. LOL Thank you for playing Sketch Girl!
